Guardian Equipment Company, Inc. is Michigan's oldest Lightning Protection company, founded in 1953. Through the years we have played an important role in many of Michigan's biggest projects. Our highly trained technical staff regularly provides design and specification services to some of the countries foremost Architectural and Engineering firms. We are listed installers with Underwriters Laboratories (U/L), elected Board Member of the Lightning Protection Institute (LPI), United Lightning Protection Association (ULPA), and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Our expertise includes transient voltage surge suppression requirements for power, data and communication systems, as well as grounding system applications.
